Payments

• Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) are accepted as well as Cash and Checks.

Cancellation Policy:

• You're in control! Cancel your order for a full refund until delivery or pickup day.
• Standard shipping items can be cancelled until they ship.

Standard Return Policy & Limited Warranty:

• We value your satisfaction. Once you receive your furniture, returns are limited to specific cases. You may return or exchange any stocking item within 7 days of delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.
• Enjoy a 1-year limited warranty on regular-priced furniture against factory defects from the original receipt date as long as the item is still within our delivery area.
• Let us know about any factory defects, and we'll arrange in-home service within the 1-year warranty period. Please note, this excludes items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
• Additional factory warranties may apply to mattresses, foundations, and motion furniture.
• BeX Furniture Outlet specifically disclaims any liability for damages or injuries that result from failure to follow assembly instructions.
• Our products are not guaranteed against normal wear and tear, abuse, or neglect, or from damage resulting from improper use, care, or storage.
• Items shipped directly from the manufacturer, are excluded from White-Glove delivery, in-home assembly, and are not available for in-store pickup.

Mattresses Non-refundable:

• Mattresses are not refundable.

Accessory Items:

• Items shipped directly from the manufacturer or our stores can be returned within 3 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.

How Refunds Work:

• We'll credit the original credit card for refunds unless stated otherwise.
• For layaway orders cancelled within 0-6 months, refunds will be issued as a store credit and Special Orders are non-refundable.
• Cash payments will be refunded via check within 10-21 business days. Refund checks will be mailed to the purchaser or sold-to party on the sales receipt.
• All Floor-Sample merchandise is sold “As-Is” and is non-returnable and non-refundable.
• For items under a Manufacturer Warranty, our stores will assist you with the warranty process with the Manufacturer.
